HOW TO REGISTER FOR CLASSESYou are encouraged to register prior to first class meeting MAIL IN: Use form provided. Copies accepted. Parents of children must come in by the first class and fill out a medical and information form. REGISTRATION AT CENTER: Anytime Wed. thru Sun. from 12:00 to 4:00 PM. Phone 895-8726 M-F 12:00 to 4:00 if you have any questions. IN-CLASS REGISTRATION: Please come early, class size is limited. Early registration is recommended. Please use only as a last resort. • Our classes are held on site and off site. • Registration is on a first-come first served basis. NO reservations without payment. • Dates and length of classes vary. Please check schedule carefully. • All fees are due upon registration. • Please use separate checks for each class. Please make check payable to the instructor. • Call individual instructors for class information and materials lists. • NOTICE TO PARENTS: Do not drop off children before instructor is in classroom. Please walk your children to classroom and pick them up promptly.
